Being creative is essential if you have ADHD. We love learning, figuring things out, and creating something new. Whether in the arts or sciences, if you have ADHD you will have an overabundance of ideas and inspiration.
The challenge is that this is only one part of being creative.
Creativity has two parts, the novelty and utility. While we are great at the novelty (new ideas), we often struggle with the utility (realisation) to deliver our ideas fully.
Join Jonathan Hassall BN ACC to take hold of our idea firehoses and create reliably and fully into the future. Over 6 x 45 minute sessions discover, discuss and implement strategies for reliable creativity.
