Women with ADHD
Do you feel you are wearing a mask just to get by every day? Are you hiding behind the beautiful but heavy “velvet curtain”?
For too long, women with ADHD have navigated their challenges by masking or even hiding. Often this can leave them feeling misunderstood and overwhelmed due to executive functioning difficulties.
Maybe it’s time to step from behind the velvet curtain and into the spotlight with a fresh start!

how ADHD works in women
Through your shared experiences and our expert knowledge, we will build a way for you to understand ADHD as an individual.
taking control with executive function and EcoSystem
As we explore where the control feels missing, together we can apply knowledge of executive function and our patented EcoSystem to take back control.
making way on the ocean of emotion
Emotional management is essential to our experience of life, and a particular challenge with ADHD. Together we will explore key aspects of emotional processes and how to choose what feelings best serve us.
decoding doing to own productivity and beat procrastination
Getting things done with ADHD often leaves us feeling unreliable. Learn how to apply the concepts of the CIMAA code as from the book Decoding Doing by Jonathan Hassall and Madeline O’Reilly to make achievement easier and reliable.
curating connections for all relationships
Relationships are the fuel of life. As women with ADHD you will be negotiating complex and sometimes challenging intimate, friend and family connections. We will explore these and how we can make them more rewarding.
make life work by organising time, things and thoughts
Where did I put my keys, that last hour, or my last brilliant idea? Organising time, things, and thoughts are the foundation of making life work. We will share our stories, frustrations and successes while learning new approaches to making organisation easier.
self care and connecting with future self, our journey so far
As coaches we are always concerned with how it worked outside of the session. In this follow up session, scheduled 3 weeks later, together we can share what worked, what didn’t and most importantly what we discovered about ourselves as women with ADHD.
