How it works
The Couples and ADHD group program is a combination of pre-recorded and live, online sessions. The program focuses on how to find a way to work together to make your relationship better by understanding ADHD.

OPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual couples sessions with Jonathan with just the two of to further explore your needs.
EACH FORTNIGHT SELF DIRECTED AND GROUP SESSIONS

$495 per couple
One price for introductory content, six pre-recorded sessions and access to six fortnightly live, online group coaching sessions. Includes individual access to the CAC online client portal for session reminders, file storage, electronic journal etc.
Additional Coaching Sessions on request*
Short notice sessions to access individual coaching for you both to work on specific issues.
*Individual couples sessions are optional and provided at an adiditonal discounted cost
